RETURN POLICY: ITEMS ORDERED ARE NON RETURNABLE after 7 days of receipt & only returnable for manufacturing defects.
1.) ALL SALES ARE FINAL and merchandise may be returned only with the consent of Resto-Mod Technology's staff. Selecting the wrong part for your application is not an acceptable reason for return. Please read item descriptions thoroughly to select the correct item for your application; WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU ORDER THE WRONG PART FOR YOUR APPLICATION. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product, please contact our customer service.
2.) The return goods authorization number that you are issued MUST be clearly marked on the outside of your package near your address. Any packages returned to us without prior authorization, will not be accepted. NOTE: Please include a copy of your RGA e-mail and a copy of your original receipt. If you do not provide a copy of your original receipt your return will be denied and the package will be refused. NOTE: If any merchandise, packaging material, small parts, accessories and /or manuals are missing from the original box your return will be denied and the package will be refused. Any merchandise not returned in NEW condition will also be refused.
3.) Send your return merchandise PREPAID via UPS or FedEx only. We DO NOT accept COD’S or shipments from any other carrier. DO NOT SEND RETURN MERCHANDISE USING THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE. Using an approved carrier ensures we can accurately track your return. We are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise.
4.) No exchange will be extended for ANY merchandise returned in unsatisfactory condition. Merchandise which has been damaged, installed, altered in any way, painted, unwrapped, electrical parts, GM non-returnable parts, literature and special order parts will not be accepted for exchange or refund, and the item(s) will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
5.) There is a 25% restocking fee for all returned merchandise; shipping charges are non refundable.
6.) All return items must be shipped freight prepaid, as our shipping department is not authorized to accept freight collect shipments.
7.) The sale of a vehicle is not acceptable as a legitimate reason for return of product.
8.) NO RETURNS ON DISCOUNTED ITEMS.
9.) DO NOT RETURN FREIGHT/SHIPPING DAMAGED PARTS TO US!!! We are not responsible for freight /shipping damage, and cannot assist you with your claim.
CLAIMS:
Inspect your order immediately and completely while your delivery driver is present. If you discover any freight/shipping damage, DO NOT contact Resto-Mod Technology. Have your delivery driver note the damage in the writing and contact UPS to file your claim. They will take the necessary steps to reimburse you. If you do not follow this procedure, UPS may not honor your claim and the loss will be come your sole responsibility.
5% DEALER DISCOUNT PROGRAM:
To qualify for a 5% discount, dealers must meet the following requirements:
1.) Dealers must register for an account with Resto-Mod Technology w/ credit card information completed.
2.) Dealers must provide proof of business (i.e., blank invoice) via U.S. Mail or as an email attachment to Resto-Mod Technology.
3.) Dealers must have made at least $750 worth of purchases in the account mentioned above.
4.) Dealers must email or call in orders to receive the 5% discount.
5.) Dealers must have purchases shipped to their business address on file.
Once the above requirements have been met, dealers will be provided with a list of items that qualify for the 5% dealer discount.
